1. Remove the damaged screen mesh along with the spline from the screen frame.
2. Lay the screen mesh over the frame on any flat surface, making sure that it overlaps and exceeds the spline groove atleast 1-inch on all sides.
3. Use the concave side of the roller to insert the spline into the groove and the mesh. Make sure that the mesh doesn’t sag. Use the other end of the roller to slot the spline securely, locking it in place.
4. Trim off any excess mesh on all four sides using a cutter or utility knife just outside the edge of the spline groove.
