XFasten Double-sided Tape

Click here to purchase the XFasten Clear Double-sided Tape!Β

The XFasten Double-sided tape is a heavy-duty and residue-free tape that can be used on wood working and turning as a template tape, on arts and crafts particularly on scrapbooking and die cutting, on decorating posters or for stopping carpets and rugs at home from slipping and sliding.

However, the issue with most double sides sticky tape is that many of them leave a sticky residue or damage the surface finish upon removal. Our patented silicone composite adhesive solves this problem by being strong and stable while still being gentle and residue-free to almost all surfaces.. This allows the 2 sided self-adhesive sticky tape to stay on most surfaces without damaging the paint finish.

Why Should You Choose The XFasten Double Sided Fabric Wall Tape?

● Quality tested to ensure that it can resists extreme weather conditions- UV, sunlight and moisture. This is a tape that’s built to take a beating on outdoor conditions!

● Removable and repositionable, meaning that you can easily reposition your carpets, wooden templates, decors, posters and scrapbook accessories if you change your mind with its position.

● Easy to manage, handle and install all thanks to its optimal thickness. Unlike other heavy duty double sided tapes, its adhesive liner is easy to peel off and cut.

● Silicone adhesive will not lift off paint or damage wooden floors and delicate surfaces.

● High tensile strength and shear stress resistance, which means that it can withstand being disturbed by external forces such as foot traffic, CNC spin and pulling.

Pro-Tips for Best Results

Grid large rugs.

Tape the perimeter first, then cross the center in a grid to stop bunching in bigger carpets.

Reinforce the trouble spots.

Add extra strips at corners and high-traffic paths β€” the first places a rug lifts.

Press from the center out.

Pushing outward from the middle clears air pockets and uneven spots as you go.

Let pressure do the work.

Firm, even pressure β€” by hand, with a book, or with a roller β€” is what turns a placed strip into a lasting bond.

Cut clean.

Straight cuts from scissors or a utility knife make the liner easier to peel and the final placement easier to line up.

Match tape to floor type.

Reserve this tape for sealed hard floors; skip it on unfinished wood or soft flooring where the bond will not hold as intended.

Safety Guidelines

Ensure the floor is dry

Applying film over a damp or wet floor can trap moisture underneath and create a slip hazard. Confirm the surface is fully dry first.

Mind foot traffic during application

Keep the work area clear of foot traffic while applying the film to avoid slips on the partially-adhered surface.

Storage & Handling

Store rolls flat and dry

Keep unused rolls in a cool, dry place, laid flat, to prevent the adhesive from degrading before your next project.
