How to Use XFasten Plastic Razor Blade Scraper

INSTRUCTIONS

Assembling the Scraper

  1. Align the Blade with the Handle Slot. Begin by holding the handle of the XFasten Plastic Razor Blade Scraper firmly. Take the blade and carefully align it with the slot in the handle. Make sure that the blade's edges match the handle's guides for a proper fit.
  2. Slide the Blade into the Slot. With the blade properly aligned, gently slide it into the handle slot. Apply steady pressure until the blade is fully inserted. You will hear a distinct 'click' sound when the blade is correctly positioned and locked into place.
  3. Ensure the Blade is Securely Attached. After inserting the blade, double-check that it is securely attached by giving it a slight tug. The blade should remain firmly in place without any movement.

Blade Replacement

  1. Bend the Blade Slightly. When it's time to replace the blade, hold the handle of the scraper firmly. Carefully bend the blade slightly to loosen it from the handle slot. Be cautious not to apply excessive force to avoid damaging the handle or the blade.
  2. Pull Out the Blade. Once the blade is loosened, gently pull it out of the handle slot. Dispose of the used blade safely, following proper disposal guidelines.
  3. Insert a New Blade. Take a new blade and align it with the handle slot. Slide the new blade into the slot, applying steady pressure until it clicks into place. Ensure the new blade is securely attached by giving it a slight tug to confirm it is properly locked in.
