Instructions
- Clean the surface thoroughly. Oils, dust, and dirt severely weaken the strength of adhesive tapes, so make sure to clean the surface with a soap or alcohol solution. Dry the surface thoroughly before proceeding to the next step.
- Make sure that the surface is compatible with the Hazard Warning Safety Strip Tape. It is compatible to flat and smooth surfaces. It can stick to slightly textured surfaces, provided that you apply more pressure to it upon installation.
- Peel the tape from the roll and slowly apply the Safety Stripe Tape on the surface.
- Press the tape against the surface, apply pressure, and squeegee out any air bubbles or gaps that may exist between the tape and the surface. The tape is pressure sensitive, which means that it will stick more as you apply more pressure against it.
- Let the tape set for 6 hours before exposing it to extreme conditions such as shear stress and friction.
