Tips & Instructions For XFasten Laminating Sheets, 9" x 12" (Pack of 100)

Instructions
1. To start, grab a pair of laminating sheets from the pack. Each sheets does not come bundled with each other so as to give, the user, the ability to cut the sheets and perhaps use only 1 sheet for smaller documents. All the sheets are also layered with a powerful and bubble- resistant adhesive, giving you a strong and secure adhesion.
2. The paper adhesive backing of each sheet comes with blue guidelines so as to help you cut the sheet if needed for smaller documents. Make use of this, lay your document or photo on the adhesive backing and cut the outlines using a pair of scissors or a sharp cutter. Be careful in handling sharp objects, we don't want you to end up being harmed so it would be best to point the sharp edge of the tool that you use away from you.
3. After cutting both sheets, you can now remove the adhesive side of the sheets. Oils and dirt from our hand may reduce the adhesive strength and worse, leave a fingerprint mark.
4. Do this for the second sheet and carefully align it with the installed laminating sheet on the opposite side of the document.
5. Eliminate any air bubbles which may exist using a squeegee once you are sure of the sheet's placement.
6. Allow the sheet's adhesive to cure, dry and acclimatize for a few minutes.

Heavyweight Design
The XFasten Laminating Sheet has a heavyweight  design, which means that it is designed to take a beating and will protect your ID from moisture, creasing, beating and heat well compared to the other thin ID holders. It will not turn yellow over time and its clear design allows you to see text logos and images clearly despite it having heavy weight design.

Spill Protection?
Its heavyweight design also protects documents reports, photos and signages from spills, moisture, fog, water and other liquid-based damage as long as it is sealed properly.

How to Reinforece the Backing?
For photos and documents that are to be displayed, you can also use a thick cardboard material  instead of a secondary laminating sheet at the back of the document in order to give the document or photo that is to be laminated a much more rigid backing support. This will provide a harder and stronger frame for the document/photo.

Cutting the Laminating Sheets
You can also cut the laminating sheets to size if you want to laminate smaller sized documents and photos. This will allow you to save more sheets in the long run. Also, for a smudge-free lamination, avoid touching the adhesive part of the sheets.
